Directions to Springton Lake Village:
Access from
Route 202, just south of King of Prussia Mall:
Take the Exit for Route 252 south crossing over
Lancaster Avenue (Route 30) and West Chester Pike (Route 3). Springton Lake Village is located on
Newtown Street Road (Route 252) on the right, approximately 1.2 miles from West
Chester Pike. Turn right on Timberlake Drive (opposite an entrance to Delaware
County Community College). If you cross over the Springton Dam Resevoir, you
have gone too far.
Access from 95 North and South:
Take I-476 towards Plymouth Meeting. Proceed to
Exit 5 (Springfield/Lima exit). Turn right on Route 252 North. Stay right, passing Rose Tree Park on
your right and crossing the Springton Reservoir Dam. The community is
immediately on your left overlooking the dam. The first traffic light is
Timberlake Drive where you will take a left to enter the community.
Access from
Pennsylvania Turnpike and the Northeast Extension:
Take I-476 towards Chester and Philadelphia
International Airport. Proceed to Exit 5 (Springfield/Lima exit). Turn right on
Route 252 North. Stay right,
passing Rose Tree Park on your right and crossing the Springton Reservoir Dam.
The community is immediately on your left overlooking the dam. The first
traffic light is Timberlake Drive where you will take a left to enter the
community.

Route 76, the Schuylkill Expressway:
Take I-476 towards Chester and Philadelphia
